User terms and company policies

  1. Orders from
    Customers don’t need to register to make an order. However, customers can register using the registration form if they want to. Customers shall pay due care and attention when using the online store.
  2. The validity of the order
    After completing an order, customers pledge to check their e-mail for order confirmation and any other notices. A binding sales contract will take effect after has sent an order confirmation by e-mail. Before the order has been shipped, the customer has the right to cancel the whole order, or parts of it, by e-mail, letter, or phone. After the customer has ordered, does not have the right to change the contract terms, except for clear errors.
  3. Pricing
    The valid price is given in website. The accurate price is shown in EUR. We reserve our right to change the pricing at any moment. Any applicable processing and handling charges will be added to the order.
  4. Terms of payment
    Payments will be made with the following payment methods:
    — Advance payment via a bank transfer.
    — Cash on delivery (orders to Estonia only).
    — PayPal. Buyers can use the PayPal payment operator to pay for the order.

  5. Delivery
    If we have a stock product, then the estimated dispatch time shall be between 1 to 3 working days. If the customer buys several products for which different delivery dates are given, the order will be delivered according to the latest delivery date. All the customs fees and taxes are solely the buyers’ responsibilities. We are declaring the real value of the parcel. The client’s responsibility is to determine if the intended purchase can be legally imported into the client’s country and obtain all the necessary permits and licenses.
    At the moment we ship to the next countries: Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and Sweden.
  6. Product stock
    In stock” or the exact amount is shown for a product. The product is in stock and can be dispatched as soon as possible.
    Backorder.” You can order a product, and you will get it as soon as possible after restocking. We work with local distributors or with producers directly. We organize as soon as it is possible, typically that can take some days.
    Sold out.” You can not order a product and need to wait for restocking.
    Discontinued.” The product is discontinued and will never be available.
  7. Returns
    Private customers have the right to return unused products within 14 days of receiving the products, starting the day after the receipt date. The returned products and product packaging shall be in the same condition as when received. This means that the product packaging shall be unbroken, and the product shall have no signs of use. Address labels or other labels and stickers shall not be stuck directly on the sales package. Customers have to pay the return shipping cost. If the product to be returned is no longer flawless, and the product can no longer be sold at the regular price, we have the right to deduct the amount that the product’s value has dropped from the sum to be returned to the customer. The payment will be refunded usually within a couple of days after receiving the returned product, but no later than within 30 days. Companies and communities’ right to return are more limited. Companies’ possibility to return products must be agreed upon in advance with our customer service staff. If a company returns a product or products, they will be charged postage.
  8. Force majeure
    We will not be held responsible for delivery of an order that is prevented, delayed, or made difficult due to circumstances that are beyond our control, such as war, natural catastrophe, export or import ban, a decision by an authority, a disturbance of general traffic or any other corresponding event beyond our control.

  10. Disputes
    Any unarbitrated disputes shall be solved in the Harju District Court.
  11. Registration
    Ordering does not require registration. However, customers can register using the registration form if they want to. When registering, a client shall register as a customer on our website by giving the personal required information. The customer gives consent for Optimus OÜ to store personal details in its customer database. The customer declares that the information provided is correct. Registration is also necessary if a customer wants to receive any member discounts.
  12. Privacy and data protection

  13. Discounts
    We are happy to declare lifetime discounts for clients working in the military, police, and rescue service. Volunteers of named organizations are eligible for discounts as well. To get your discount connected to your personal registered account, please contact us via e-mail, providing your membership.
  14. Cookies
