The solid finger guard optimises safety, and the handle geometry makes the knife sit nice and steady in your hand. The blade is made of high-quality carbon steel, manufactured in Mora according to our secret recipe. The carbon steel also makes the knife easier to re-sharpen so you can use it repeatedly. However, remember that carbon steel can be affected by moisture and corrosive environments, making it a habit to wipe your knife and oil the blade after using it.
This knife cannot be used with a fire starter.
This knife is for construction and craftwork. This means that we have prioritised a sharp and durable edge together with a firm grip, which means that the appearance of the blade back is not given as much space. You are more than welcome to use any of our knives for your intended needs, but keep in mind that the spine will be “raw” (not ground) and polished on most craftsmen and construction knives. Therefore, it’s not compatible with a fire starter.
