What is Vitamin B.3 good for?
Vitamin B3 (niacin) helps maintain normal skin and normal mucous membranes. The vitamin also contributes to normal energy metabolism and the function of the nervous system. Also, the vitamin helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion. Vitamin B3 is found, for example, in dairy products, meat, poultry, fish, and eggs.
What is the flush effect?
Vitamin B.3 is available in two different forms, with or without flush effect. The flush effect is characterized by a burning, hot or stinging sensation on the face and chest and red or flaming skin. Normally, the flush reaction is transient and not dangerous to healthy people. Our B3 is without a flush effect.
