Improving your results with the sports drinks
Dehydration and lack of carbohydrates are two of the most common causes of fatigue associated with endurance training. Adding sports drinks to the body before and during training or competition is an easy way to ensure that the body can access carbohydrates and electrolytes. We have a mix of carbohydrates in our sports drinks. This has in several studies proved to be the best for busy.
Optimizing carbohydrates and electrolyte balance before and adding carbohydrates, electrolytes, and fluids during training/competition improves performance and delay fatigue. Sports drinks are mainly used in sports such as running, cycling, cross-country skiing. It can also be used during, for example, football matches where sports drinks provide a good supplement for more energy.
Sports drink contains a carbohydrate mix for immediate absorption and an electrolyte mixture that replaces what you sweat out. You adjust how much carbohydrates you want in you, depending on whether it is recharging or competition.
Taste, test, and control
Elite athletes have tested the sports drink before launch. This is to ensure that it provides the required effect during tough workouts. Because you often drink large amounts, the taste is important to us, and we are constantly testing new flavors to produce good and easy-drinking sports drinks.
