What is BCAA
BCAAs consist of branched-chain amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine), which are the most potent amino acids for building muscle and increasing protein synthesis is important to prevent the unnecessary breakdown of muscle fibers. It also contains citrulline malate, which is a non-essential amino acid that increases the amount of nitric oxide. IT contains B6, which helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion.
How to use BCAA
A perfect mix to take before, during, or after training when you want to get the most out. Good taste of Mango. Easily dissolved in water and gives no foam.
